Prize ceremony of the Italian photographic contest.
On 16th June 2021 the community center JEDRO welcomed the little participants of the photo contest organized by Karlo Klarin, teacher of the Italian subject at the elementary school Murterski škoji. As part of a mini project with the 7° graders of the school, students provided photos of nature and practiced the Italian language by naming them in italian. All the photos were presented in a virtual exhibition on the Padlet platform and during the previous days people were asked to rate them with a like. The photos are still available here.
The prize ceremony was presented in italian by our volunteer Costanza. The teacher Karlo Klarin, the school principal Ivana Finka, the volunteer Eleonora, and the head of the tourist office Matejia Bašić played the roles of judges, assigning additional scores to the photos. The 3 pupils with the best photos got the possibility to explore the Murter county by kayak (trip sponsored by Tourist board Murter Kornati). The winner at first place also had the opportunity to choose another classmate for the trip and received the book “Anna” by Niccolò Ammaniti.
