As part of the study visit to Split, participants of the International Youth Exchange project “Investing in young people – the GLUE project”, which brought together 40 unemployed young people from Croatia, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Portugal and Bulgaria on Friday 6th October 2017 and fifth volunteer action at the Juraj Bonači Education Center in Split. Unfortunately, because of bad weather – rain and strong wind, volunteer action could not happen, and turning the cornerstone in the Center and removing the graffiti was delayed for some new volunteers.

The time, however, did not stop us from spending time in the organization of young users and employees of the Center, who prepared us a snack, went through our school and introduced us to the work we had to do.

During the study visit, we were hosted by the Association Most from Split, whose employees presented the work of the association with an emphasis on volunteering opportunities.
