We participated in the National Foundation for the Implementation of the DKU Program.
The Argonauta Association attended a two-day workshop for the implementation of projects for grants’ beneficiaries awarded on the basis of the Call for “Support to the Development of Partnerships of Civil Society Organizations and Higher Education Institutions for the Implementation of Socially Useful Learning Programs”. The workshop was held from 2 to 3 May 2018 at IMPACT Center in Zadar.
The Association of Argonauta, in co-operation with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb and the Marine Education Center in Pula, is implementing this Call Project under the title “Blue Project – Contribution to the Development of Socially Useful Learning Program at the Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb”. Considering that the Argonauta Association is the first EU project within the European Social Fund, participation in this workshop was of utmost importance.
The workshop was held with the purpose of empowering beneficiaries of grants to produce as much quality documentation as possible related to project implementation. The aim was to indirectly accelerate the reporting process.
The workshop focused mostly on financial and narrative reporting, and through group tasks, users had the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained at workshops practically and to clarify possible remaining ambiguities.
The staff of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development responded to all the questions of the participants and sought to approach the possible problems during the implementation and reporting of the project. Announcement tenders were presented at the workshop, and it was very useful to familiarize each other with the grant beneficiaries and their projects. We thank the organizers for the invitation and we look forward to future workshops.
