Argonauta is part of the Rural Parliament in the LAG area of the sea.

This week, from May 20th between May 23rd 2019, the 3rd Croatian Rural Parliament in the Local Action Groups of the Sea is held. The Parliament is held in the organization of the Croatian Rural Development Network and the Ministry of Agriculture / Rural Development Network and the Local Action Group “More 249”.

The main theme of this year’s parliament is ‘Smart Village‘, one of the topics will be digitization in agriculture, the future of the Common Agricultural Policy and the planning of a strategic plan for the post-2020 period.

The Croatian Rural Parliament (HRP) brings together various stakeholders from rural areas with the aim of highlighting the importance of the rural area for sustainable and holistic development in the Republic of Croatia. Argonauta association will be presented to HRP on the occasion of the opening of the 3rd Croatian Rural Parliament and the presentation of the gastronomic offer of Croatian villages at the Social House of Tisno from 19.30 p.m.

Also, Argonauta association will introduce a working group on the topic “Global goals of sustainable development and rural space” with its work as part of sustainable development projects during a workshop in Murter on May 22nd 2019. This group will also have a chance to visit the Mavrovo Reka Collection of Local History and to get acquainted with the cultural and historical traditions of Murter.
