We participated in the second meeting of the KULTajmo project in Sibenik!.

We participated in the second meeting of the Working Group for the Development of the Program of Cooperation between the Museum of the City of Šibenik and the Association of Šibenik-Knin County in 2020-2025, which took place on Friday, on the 5th of July in the rooms of the Museum of the City of Šibenik. The cooperation program is being developed within the framework of the project “KULTajmo u Šibeniku: Civil Society Development through Activities in Culture” implemented by the Šibenik Museum in cooperation with the City of Šibenik and Youth Associations in the EU, the Association of Blind Šibenik-Knin County and the Šibenik Photoclub. The project is co-funded by the European Union funds from the European Social Fund.

The theme of today’s working meeting was to define a vision and mission by which civil society in cooperation with the Šibenik Museum of Art could contribute to the development of culture and how to achieve inter-sectoral cooperation between civil society. We have also heard examples of good practice from abroad, and once again realized that space for cooperation, creativity, and the protection and promotion of cultural values – has!

We look forward to making new cooperation through this project and to contribute to the promotion of culture and the protection of cultural heritage and to contribute potentially to the development of the civil sector.
