Final Conference of the Blue Project in Zagreb.

This Friday, October 18, 2019, the final conference of the Blue Project – Contribution to the Development of the DKU Program at VFSZ will take place. The results of the project will be presented at the conference, as well as a handbook created through the Blue Handbook – A Handbook on Socially Beneficial Learning.

In addition to representatives from partner organizations, the final conference will be attended by students who participated in the design and implementation of student DKU projects in Murter and Pula this spring.

The final conference will be held at 12.00 in the Amphitheater of the Department of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Heinzelova 55, Zagreb. We invite all interested parties to join us in celebrating the completion of the Blue Project, which has stimulated interest and empowered veterinary medicine students to engage in the active protection of marine animals, primarily sea turtles and dolphins, and to enhance the cooperation between CSOs.

The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund and was implemented as part of the Operational Program “Effective Human Resources” 2014-2020. ESF, and Calls for “Supporting the Development of Partnerships between Civil Society Organizations and Higher Education Institutions for the Implementation of Socially Beneficial Learning Programs”.  The project activities will be implemented in the area of ​​Šibenik-Knin, Zagreb and Istria counties, and the value of the project is 1.004.727,31 Kn.
