ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION BEFORE PLANNING THE DC JEDRO PROGRAM PROPOSAL – FIRST OF TWO MEETINGS.
On Friday, 19.2. 2021, the first of two meetings were held at which, together with the partner associations of the project, the design of activities to be carried out in the future Social Center Jedro was discussed.
Thus, activities have been defined that, due to epidemiological measures, will be carried out online in March 2021. The activities proposed and in the process of planning are as follows; Latin sail will organize a workshop of sailors, Matica Hrvatska branch Murter will organize an online quiz and/or presentation of local and other Croatian authors, KUU Zaokret will organize various music workshops, guitar course, forums and/or online concert “Isola del Morte”.
Then, they discussed the planning of 8-10 year programs for organizing free time in the community center in such a way that each of the partner associations (Latin Sail, KUU Zaokret, OMHM, Argonaut, Drama Amateurs Murter, and Murter Carnival) is required to design and implement 2 programs which should differ in topic and/or target audience which will then lead to the organization and implementation of the annual leisure program in the Social Center Jedro.
The emphasis of this meeting was on the preparation of key events (Days of Latin Sail with a regatta of wooden boats on oars and sails, music, stage and drama events including Free Music Festival, Murter Carnival, Colentum Night in Colentum Archaeological Park, Amateur Drama Festival, etc. ) in such a way that each partner contributes to a particular event in order to achieve a synergistic effect.
This activity is part of the implementation of the DC Jedro project financed from the European Social Fund (85%) and grants provided from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia (15%) with a total value of HRK 1,999,243.34.
