SUMMER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 2021.

This year, the Argonauts Association will once again offer its summer educational program to children aged 5 to 8, which will be held every week during July and August.

The summer educational program has been conducted for more than ten years in the form of creative workshops related to the sea, summer, ecology, and sustainability to encourage children through play and non-formal learning methods to creative and critical thinking about the coexistence of man and nature.

The main goal of Argonaut’s educational program is to make children aware of the natural beauties of this part of our Mediterranean, as well as the great need to pay attention to the ecological footprint that we consciously or unconsciously leave. So for the next two months, in a creative and fun way with our youngest, we will deal with the topics of recycling, waste reduction, repurposing, and extending the life of items that are very easily discarded.

In the 2021 Argonautin Summer Educational Program for Children, we will offer at two locations; in Murter through the project Social Center Jedro in the morning on the beach Čigrađa and in Vodice on the Blue Beach, as part of the development of social entrepreneurship of our association.

The exact dates, locations, as well as topics of the workshops will be published on the website and Facebook page of Argonaute and the Jedro Community Center, every Monday for that week.
