A meeting of the TANGRAM project was held in Nova Gorica.
As part of the project “TANGRAM – Transnational Resources of National Parks and Nature Parks in the Adriatic-Ionian Tourism Market” in which the Argonaut Association is a partner, the first live meeting of stakeholders involved in the project was held. The project team meeting was held in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, from September 29th to 30th. The meeting was organized by the Regional Development Agency of North Primorska, and the meeting was attended by representatives of agencies, organizations, and local governments from Italy, Serbia, Greece, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The main topic of the meeting was the course of the project – the activities done so far were analyzed, examples of good practice were presented and the future period of project implementation was planned. Particular attention was paid to the planning of workshops in local communities of the project partners that are planned to be conducted in the period until the end of 2021. The Argonaut Association in cooperation with external collaborators, Finprojekt and Symbol will hold workshops in October and November, and the main focus of the workshops is on planning a local sustainable development strategy that takes into account all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the community. will include representatives of the private and public sectors, civil society organizations and individuals, and representatives of educational institutions.
