1. CONSULTATIVE MEETING (AFTER EDUCATION) WITH THE PURPOSE OF DEFINING BUSINESS PLANS.

On Friday, October 15, 2021, starting at 10.00 am, an online meeting was held at which we, together with Marin Urlić from CEDRA Split, defined the business plans of four partner associations of the JEDRO project; Argonaut, Zaokret, Latinsko idro and the Matica hrvatska branch in Murter. This meeting followed the trainings on writing business plans that were held earlier and after the representatives of the mentioned associations fulfilled Busniness Model Canvas according to the instructions of the representatives from CEDRA Split with the aim of drafting 4 business plans for social entrepreneurship for these 4 local CSOs. to create a self-sustainable model of further development of their own organizations and leisure programs, social and other events organized and implemented using models, knowledge and good practice of social entrepreneurship.
