3. CONSULTATIVE MEETING (AFTER THE EDUCATIONS) WITH THE PURPOSE OF DEFINING THE BUSINESS PLANS.

Due to the epidemiological situation and in order to ensure the safety of all participants, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, we held the third consultative meeting to define business plans (as part of the Sail project) via Zoom.

During the conference, all 4 partner organizations (Matica Hrvatska branch in Murter, Zaokret, Latinsko Idro and our Association Argonauta) illustrated what has been done so far about business plans. The project partner CEDRA Split has previously commented on the initial business plans; this time, we went through the plans one by one for each organization, discussing and clarifying comments together. It was agreed that, based on today’s inputs, organizations will continue to work on their business plans.
