On Wednesday, December 15, as part of the calendar of the JEDRO Social Center, a workshop on making Christmas decorations was held, organized by our association.

The workshop was attended by employees, volunteers and supporters of the association, and was designed and led by the volunteers Marco and Marisol.

The aim of this workshop was to point out the importance of togetherness and personal contribution in situations that require empathy and compassion, as well as personal power and responsibility to contribute to the solution. Also, work was done to stimulate imagination and creativity using recycled materials in order to reduce waste generated from old Christmas decorations. With all of the above, they were given the opportunity to spend their free time well.

The result of this workshop are Christmas decorations that will be sold at the Christmas fair in the center of Murter, December 19, 2021. The fair has a humanitarian character – all proceeds will be paid for a girl Kiara Goršić who suffers from a malignant disease.
