CONSULTING FOR DEVELOPING BUSINESS PLANS # 4.

As part of the Jedro project, which our association is responsible for, on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, a conference was held for the development of business plans of project partner associations.

The consultative meeting was held in the premises of DC JEDRO in the Municipality of Murter Kornati and was led by CEDRA Split, also a partner in the project.

Based on working versions of business plans developed during previous meetings and consultations, four partner organizations began work on the financial analysis of business plans in the submitted Excel spreadsheets. Representatives of individual organizations; Latinsko idro, KUU Zaokret, Matica Hrvatska Branch in Murter, and Argonauta worked on the financial analysis for their organization, and we jointly commented and advised on data entry and planning. It was agreed that based on today’s work and the data entered, work will continue on the financial analysis of business plans and the finalization of business plans for each organization.
