Tangram project: From Banja Luka Slava towards the end of the project.
Freshly installed educational boards and signposts on Banj hill near Banja Luka are presented as part of the pilot action of the Tourism Organization of the city of Banja Luka as part of the Tangram project to partners gathered at the penultimate transnational project meeting. She organized the meeting precisely the Tourism Organization of the city of Banja Luka as one of the project partners, and in addition to everything the other partners at the meeting were representatives of Argonauts Sanja Kovačev and Sanja
Djurman.
“Thanks to this project, we contributed to the valorization of Banj brda, we gathered stakeholders who worked on the development of projects, and local action plans and we have created the basis for adequate and sustainable management of this natural location with tourist potential”, pointed out Mladen Šukalo from TO of the city of Banja Luka during the presentation of the pilot action of his organization carried out as part of its project.
The pilot activity carried out on Murter, installation of informative and educational panels on Raduč and
installation of the underwater sculpture path on the Podvrške beach, they presented to the partners through a video of members of the Argonauta.
The current state of implementation of the project activities was presented by the other partners in the implementation of the project:
pilot actions in Niš (Serbia), Monza (Italy), and Kranj (Slovenia), transnational action plan sustainable management of natural and cultural resources related to national parks and parks nature. In addition to the discussion on the technical aspects of finalizing the project, the partners also used the meeting for discussion and further networking regarding cooperation on EU projects in the upcoming program
the period from 2021 to 2027.
The host of the meeting, TO of the city of Banja Luka, took the opportunity to bring project partners, except for the pilot action, the natural and cultural heritage of the city, he also got acquainted with the folk customs of Slava. Members KUD Piskavica welcomed the partners and entertained them with food, drinks, songs, and a good atmosphere accompanied them toward the final stage of project implementation, whose last transnational meeting will take place to be held in January in Monza, Italy, the leading partner of the project.
Project “TANGRAM – Transnational parks and Gardens Resources in Adriatic and Ionian tourists Marketplace”, implemented by the Association for the Protection of Nature and the Environment and the Promotion of Sustainable Development Argonauta. The project is co-financed by the European Union within the cross-border cooperation program INTERREG ADRION Adriatic-Ionian program, from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The total value of the project is EUR 1,645,945.00, and the duration is from January 2, 2020. until 31.01.2023.
