EURECA: European Recognition, Evaluation, Certification, and Assessment.
Our Nela spent the beginning of September in Italy learning about the GloRe – Volunteering Certificate, and participating in training called “EURECA: European Recognition, Evaluation, Certification, and Assessment” 😊
After access to the platform was enabled, she passed on her knowledge to her colleagues and the volunteer who is currently with us.
The GloRe certificate allows volunteers to do a self-reflection and highlight 2 to 5 “soft skills” that they have developed over a certain period of their volunteer service. Also, they must have a minimum of 2 months and 100 hours of volunteering to even access this platform. In the sea of certificates, in our opinion, this one really stands out because we do not list our acquired skills but record those that we naturally have in us, but we have developed them even better by volunteering 🙂
We look forward to trying something new as well as partnering on this project!
