Discover Arab culture – about Jordan.

Yesterday, February 2, 2023, at the Jedro Community Center, our volunteer Sarah presented her country Jordan; its history, language, culture, gastronomy, and tourist destinations.

This lecture was very interesting, and through it, we learned that Jordanians also like to ritually drink coffee and that they are very hospitable people.

Yesterday’s gathering was just an introduction to a series of gatherings that will take place next month, and as early as next Wednesday, everyone interested will be able to learn more about the Arabic script when they will try their hand at writing from right to left!
