HOW CAN WE HELP THE SEA?.

We marked the beginning of May, the 3rd of the month to be exact, with another workshop for children aged 5 to 8 years. These workshops are conducted as part of the project “Kornati – it is important to know about the sea 7”, and it is financed by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.

This time we talked about the protection of the marine environment, why it is important, and how we can take care of our sea. The children first watched an educational video, after which we created an atmosphere for them to express their opinions and attitudes 🙂 This is very important to us! Through the game, they found out how long it takes certain things to decompose in the sea and were shocked! We believe that it is important to give them real and realistic information, adapted to their age.

Do you know what we can say? Children are very ready to learn and it is important to “push” them a little, later they will teach us!
