ARGONAUTA PARTICIPATED IN THE ANNUAL MEETING FOR ESC.
The Agency for Mobility and EU Programs organized the Annual Meeting of organizations with the Quality Label in the European Solidarity Corps program, in which development director Ivona Jadrić participated on behalf of Argonauta.
Argonauta has been participating in this program since 2011 when we hosted the first international volunteers in Murter. Since then, about 30 long-term volunteers have gone through this program in individual volunteering in Argonaut, enriching the work of the organization and contributing to the social development of the local community. The number of ESC volunteers in the team volunteering who volunteered to contribute to the archaeological park of Colentum has already risen to 150!
The annual meeting was held on May 26-27, 2023 in the Zonar Hotel in Zagreb.
This meeting allowed us to meet other organizations, share experiences, and learn from each other. The event was both an evaluation meeting and a promotional event and representatives of the Mobility Agency, who monitor the implementation of accreditations, actively participated in it.
