HELD TRAINING FOR ACCREDITED ORGANIZATIONS.

In the week from May 30 to June 4, 2023, we participated in the PROGRAM TRAINING COURSE ON ACCREDITATION: HOW TO GROW STRATEGICALLY organized by the Agency for Mobility and Programs of the European Union.

The training was intended for accredited organizations within the Erasmus+ program, and over 20 participants from 13 European countries took part in it.

The goal of this program was to support accredited organizations that work with young people, help them create plans that are sustainable and overcome all the obstacles that come their way = focus on raising the quality of projects and the growth of the organization itself 🙂

As one of the organizations, we had the opportunity to learn from 4 coaches, and therefore we thank Petar Dukić, Ralitsa Rumenova, Joress Ebouane, and Elena Kardamitsa for the shared knowledge and experience, and most of all for the motivation to continue. Thanks to all the other participants who were an important part of this training 🙂
