BALL OF REFLECTION.

Datum objave: 15. January, 2024.

Our long-term volunteers Romina from Spain and Juliette from France have been in Murter for almost 3 months and have already become locals. During their stay on the island, they went through all kinds of things. Happiness and sadness, laughter and crying, beautiful and difficult moments. To review the events of the past month, we stood in a circle and passed each other with a ball. The person with the ball has the floor. Through reflection, we reflected on the emotions that stood out throughout the month, but also those that were suppressed using the following questions:

What moment stood out for you during the past month?

A special moment you experienced?

Negative thoughts that appeared during the past month?

A time when you felt sad and anxious?

What are you leaving in 2023?

Goals and resolutions for 2024?

The girls pointed out how useful this was for them, so try it too!

*The European Solidarity Corps (ESS) is a program of the European Union to strengthen solidarity in various areas: from helping disadvantaged people and providing humanitarian aid to engagement for health and the environment in the EU and beyond.

The program offers young people the opportunity to respond to the needs of the community, make a concrete contribution to society, and in the process gain invaluable experience and develop new skills. The program is also intended for organizations active in the field of solidarity that want to involve young people in their activities.

Volunteers from the European Solidarity Forces program took part in the activity.
