THE FIRST TWO ROUND TABLES ON THE SUBJECT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE IN NECPs.

On March 21, we started the project activities of the project “From plans to reality – a renewable opportunity for the future” at the Academia Hotel in Zagreb, where 19 participants gathered to discuss topics related to the National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP) and the flexibility of the power grid .

The project “From Plans to Reality” aims to create green scenarios and expert studies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia and will enable key stakeholders in the three mentioned countries to negotiate with decision makers on relevant updates of the NECPs.

We held two round tables in which a number of experts from non-governmental organizations, science and local government participated, who gave their opinions on renewable energy sources in the NECP, which we will later use to create green scenarios.

We have scheduled further activities on similar topics at the end of April.

This project is part of the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
