SYMBIOSIS OF NATURE AND MUSIC.

On Wednesday, July 24, we held another Eco-Wednesday workshop, and this time the focus was on the relationship between nature and music. 🎹🌳🌵

At the Lantana beach bar in the bay of Čigrađa, we held a fun and educational workshop where children explored the nature around them and how music is connected to it.🌿🌵

First we paid attention to all the sounds that were around us like the chirping of crickets, the sound of waves or the sound of treetops being carried by the wind, and then we headed into the forest to collect our natural instruments. The children collected pebbles, cones, branches and other natural materials they found, they took cans and plastic bottles, and then started composing melodies with their DIY instruments. In this way, they realized how much the nature around us gives, and they should reciprocate with care and protection. In the end, we used the time to color drawings of animals playing various instruments to take with them a memory of this workshop.
