Spanish culture presentation in Oš Murterski Škoji language group .
Our dear volunteer from Spain, Ana, gave a presentation on Friday, the 17th, about her region Galicia. The students in the language group in Murter School had the opportunity to enjoy and learn some fun facts about the Spanish region, such as the similarities between Galician and Croatian letters and the football match between Hajduk Split and her city’s team Deportivo de Coruña. Ana also prepared some interactive language games to teach the students a few Galician words and phrases.
At the end, the students were divided into teams and answered some questions about Galicia. Afterwards, everyone had the chance to try the Spanish candy “Sugus” that is quite similar to the Croatian “Kikis”, which was a delicious finish of the presentation.
