Let’s learn German!.
Yesterday we held the second workshop of the winter program “Winter Full of Life 2025” at DC Jedro. We started with a few fun facts about the German language and compared the German alphabet to the Croatian one. Then, we explored various German dialects through audio samples and looked into the German influence in the Croatian language. Our participants had the chance to prove their German communication skills by role-playing common conversational scenarios in pairs. We ended the workshop with a few vocabulary challenges, where everyone worked together to find the right word matches. At last, we all expanded our German communication skills and had a lot of fun learning about the language.
Now it’s time to prepare for next week’s language lesson: Spanish. We look forward to seeing you at DC Jedro on Tuesday the 4th at 4:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring your notebook and your favorite pencil. See you soon! ¡Hasta luego!
