TC “FROM CHALLENGE TO CHANGE”.

From March 6th to 11th, we are organizing the international training ‘From Challenge to Change’ in Knin. This training will bring together participants from nine partner organizations from different countries, with the goal of equipping participants with the skills to effectively manage and resolve conflicts in youth work, as well as inspire young people to carry out initiatives within their local communities.

Through practical activities, outdoor experiences, and intergenerational learning, participants will gain skills that will help them inspire young people and foster positive changes in their communities. The training will support the development of both personal and professional skills, including team management and supporting young people in creating joint initiatives.
