Training course “From Challenge to Change” – accept the challenge, make a change.

Datum objave: 7. March, 2025.

On Thursday, March 6, 20 youth workers from 7 different countries gathered in Knin to gain new knowledge and skills in conflict resolution, team leadership, communication and other soft skills that they use in their daily work over the next 4 working days.

The TC aims to transform personal and professional challenges into opportunities for growth. Participants will learn practical tools for empowering young people, effectively resolving conflicts and inspiring young people to lead initiatives within their communities. Using a range of informal methods such as learning through games, various workshops, debates and others, we will help youth workers develop self-confidence and adopt practical tools for effectively leading teams and activities, strengthen conflict management skills, equip participants with techniques for managing and resolving conflicts in a youth work environment, empower them to motivate and support young people in creating community-based initiatives, and encourage knowledge exchange and cross-cultural connections to strengthen international partnerships.

We used yesterday evening for interesting games to get to know the participants and to present the program so that they could actively start their first working day.

We are looking forward to the program in the next 4 days, and follow us on social networks to be the first to know about all new events 🙂
