Organic gardening and composting workshop.

As part of the project Let’s Close the Circle of Changes IV, and in cooperation with the ZMAG association, LAG “More 249” invites you to a workshop aimed at learning the basic rules of eco-gardening and getting ideas on how to plan a garden, that is, how to take care of plants, crop rotation and good neighbors among plants, pests and weeds in the garden. In addition, participants will learn about the seed bank and composting.

The workshop will be held on April 7, 2025 at the Vodice City Library at Obala Vladimira
Nazora 4, HR-22211 Vodice starting at 5:30 p.m. The workshop is free and is intended for everyone
interested in organic gardening and composting.

*The Let’s Turn the Circle of Change IV project began on February 4, 2025 and will run until August 31, 2025, and is being implemented at the Šibenik Catholic Primary School. The project leader is the Local Action Group “More 249”, while the project partners are the Šibenik Catholic Primary School, the Argonauta Association and the City of Šibenik.
The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth in the amount of €15,250.00, while the total project value is €16,150.00.
The general objective of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, abilities and motivation of children to preserve and care for the environment, thereby contributing to better environmental awareness and sustainable development, while the specific objectives of the project are to educate children and young people about the environment and the nature that surrounds us, to encourage creativity and their own engagement in environmental protection.
