March through drawing.
“It’s been a month already!” we say, but so do our ESS volunteers Ana and Theresa. This monthly reflection really makes us realize the transience of time. Spring is already here, and they have blossomed, just like the flowers, they tell us with a laugh.
This time the task was to depict their month with a drawing. It was interesting to watch how Ana arranged everything chronologically, while Theresa used a mix of colorful colors and motifs to depict her feelings.
Try drawing your month on A4 paper, using crayons or whatever drawing tool you like… you’ll be surprised how relaxing it is!
Volunteers from the ESC program* participated in the activity.
*The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) is a European Union program to strengthen solidarity in various areas: from helping disadvantaged people and providing humanitarian aid to engaging in health and environmental issues in the EU and beyond.
The program provides young people with the opportunity to respond to community needs, make a concrete contribution to society, and gain invaluable experience and develop new skills. The program is also intended for organizations active in the field of solidarity that want to include young people in their activities.
