ECO CAMP KORNATI 2025.
GOALS: General goal: To contribute to the quality of life on the island of Murter and the Kornati Islands through systematic care for natural heritage and the environment. Specific objectives: 1. CLEANED AND PRESERVED UNDERWATER ENVIRONMENT FROM WASTE AND INVESTIGATED FOR THE PRESENCE OF HARMFUL ALGAE and SHELLFISH "PINNA NOBILIS" in the sea of the Kornati Islands. 2. TARGET GROUPS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC INFORMED AND EDUCATED ABOUT THE NEED FOR PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT through an educational program for students and Camp participants (biodiversity, crisis situations) and the education of young people who are training for occupations whose activities are closely related to the sea.
USERS: Direct target groups: *minimum 20 VOLUNTEER DIVERS *minimum 20 students (high school age) *minimum 10 representatives of local stakeholders (representatives of municipalities, cities, utility companies, tourist boards, local associations, diving clubs, public institutions and others) *employees and members of the holder and partners (10) *local volunteers (10) Indirect target groups: •Parents of children involved in the activities (40) •Local population of the island - general population of OMK (2000) •General public - through the media
