Some of their tasks include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cleaning the environment (beaches and forests)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoting the association\u2019s activities through media content (videos, articles, social media)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizing and running educational workshops for children and youth<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updating websites and managing social media<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helping organize community events related to ecological awareness<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presenting their culture, customs, and traditions to the local community<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Writing blogs and creating digital materials (videos, visuals) about their volunteering experience and the association\u2019s work<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The working methods are based on non-formal learning\u2014through hands-on work, workshops, reflection and evaluation games, and assisting in event organization.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a host organization, Argonauta prepares volunteers for their activities, provides continuous support during their service, and acts as a partner in their reintegration once they return to their home countries.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2020, Argonauta has been a holder of the ESC Accreditation and, within it, hosts long-term volunteers through projects like WIN \u2013 Volunteer in Murter! and Island Extravaganza.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each project offers young volunteers the chance to gain new knowledge and skills, contribute to the local community, and enjoy the unique life experience of living and working on a small Croatian island.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b20eddf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b20eddf\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92ed786 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"92ed786\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1a1660 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e1a1660\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">network of alumni Argonaut volunteers around the world<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bc0f4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7bc0f4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Our experiences<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb2d06 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7cb2d06\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8827ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8827ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our journey with international youth mobility began back in 2011, when we first became a host organization. From then until today, our goal has remained the same\u2014to bring goodwill, youth energy, volunteerism, cultural and linguistic exchange into our organization and local community, while together building tolerance and understanding so we can grow\u2014both as individuals and as a community.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With every new volunteer, our experience in coordinating volunteer work grew.
