We started the month with our first workshop that we organized and led, and it was\u2026 well\u2026 to be honest, chaotic.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Facing Croatian teenagers for the first time was a challenge. We struggled to be understood, and they had so much energy that leading the workshop was quite draining. However, they had a good time, so our mission was accomplished.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then we continued the month with many other workshops, some in schools and others outside. Each time, it was a great experience to step out of the office and do something I consider more concrete than working on the computer. My favorite workshop was the one with the kindergarten. First, because I felt really comfortable with our activities, and second, because even though we didn\u2019t speak the same language and the children were very young, we still managed to understand each other through the games we played. I was both excited and stressed because this project is entirely ours, and we\u2019ve put a lot of effort into it. It means a lot to me, and I really wanted everything to go well. I was not disappointed, the partners liked the idea and approved the project! First, with Ona, we decided to fully embrace the Croatian experience, which means swimming every month no matter the temperature. Well, we still try to do it when it\u2019s sunny because it\u2019s very cold, but the view and the feeling are worth it every time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then, since Ona is a Christmas-freak, we wanted to visit a truly beautiful Christmas market. We first went to \u0160ibenik, the town next to Murter, but even though the city is amazing, the Christmas market wasn\u2019t very impressive. So we decided to go to the \u201ccountry of Christmas markets\u201d: Germany, Munich.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We spent a weekend there, and it was an amazing experience. I had a great time seeing my friends and family.
