Young people have enormous potential to create innovative and sustainable solutions, but they often lack opportunities, support, and concrete tools to turn those ideas into reality. That is why this exchange brings together 32 young people and 8 group leaders from 8 countries, who will explore how to develop their own ideas in a sustainable and socially responsible way through informal education, experiential learning, and work in international teams.<\/p><p>The central part of the exchange will be the Green Hackathon, an intensive, creative, and dynamic learning experience in which participants will work in teams to solve real environmental challenges. In a limited time, they will develop ideas, test solutions, and ultimately present them to others, just like in the real entrepreneurial world. This is an opportunity to experience what the innovation process looks like from idea to presentation, as well as to receive valuable feedback. Of course, the youth exchange is not just about learning; it is also a space for connection, understanding, and growth. Participants will live and work in international teams, share experiences, and learn from one another, developing intercultural competencies and new friendships.<\/p><p>To ensure the highest quality experience, participants will be tasked, before arriving, with researching local examples of entrepreneurship and their impact on the environment. During the exchange, their active engagement is expected, and after the project they will have the opportunity to share the knowledge they've gained through posts, workshops, and activities in their communities.<\/p><p>We are especially pleased that the training participants will<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u201c<\/strong>\u201cYouth Leader 101\u201d will already in May have the opportunity to apply everything they've learned in the role of group leaders.
