Their solutions included drying, salting, smoking, and canning food \u2013 methods that were used long before modern technologies.<br \/><br \/>At the end of the workshop, the students shared their impressions during the evaluation and showed how much they had learned\u2014from the importance of using local food to methods of preserving ingredients.<br \/><br \/>The workshop ended on a cheerful note \u2013 with socializing, ice cream, and a stroll through Vodice, a lovely conclusion to another shared learning and exploration.<span>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><br \/>Thank you to the students of
