Danas smo se s na\u0161im *ESS volonterkama osvrnule na svibanj i lipanj kako bismo zajedno sagledale iskustva, izazove i uspjehe koji su ih obilje\u017eili.<\/p><p>Kroz aktivnost \u201cSemafor\u201d, Naelys i Ona osvijestile su sljede\u0107e:<br \/>\ud83d\udfe2 \u0161to \u017eele nastaviti<br \/>\ud83d\udfe1 \u010demu trebaju posvetiti vi\u0161e pa\u017enje<br \/>\ud83d\udd34 \u0161to mogu pobolj\u0161ati<\/p><p>Refleksija nam je omogu\u0107ila da \u010dujemo njihova razmi\u0161ljanja i bolje razumijemo kroz \u0161to to\u010dno prolaze.\u00a0<\/p><p>Odlu\u010dile smo ih iznenaditi i kupiti im dvije razglednice s motivom Murtera. Dobile su zadatak: napisati same sebi razglednicu i pismo te je otvoriti tek za godinu dana da vide koliko su se promjenile i \u0161to im je zapravo ovo iskustvo donjelo. Jedva se \u010dekamo \u010duti s njima za godinu dana da vidimo \u0161to \u0107e nam re\u0107i!\u00a0<\/p><p>Ovakvi trenuci poma\u017eu nam graditi kvalitetnije volontersko iskustvo, u\u010diti jedni od drugih i stvarati prostor za rast i povezivanje.<\/p><p><\/p><p><em>*The European Solidarity Corps (ESS) is a program of the European Union to strengthen solidarity in various areas: from helping disadvantaged people and providing humanitarian aid to engagement for health and the environment in the EU and beyond.<\/em><\/p><p><em>The program offers young people the opportunity to respond to the needs of the community, make a concrete contribution to society, and in the process gain invaluable experience and develop new skills.
