HOT AND COLD.
The beginning of this month started with the free days because my family came to visit. 😁 We spent a great and fun week! We visited the island of Capri, Pompei, the volcano Vesuvio, Amalfi, Positano and Napoli. We enjoyed every day, the only thing missing was my dog!
The rest od the month followed by a working week where we continued to work in Leranto bay. September was extremely busy in Leranto, considering the sudden drop in temperature in the middle of the month, with a lot of marine explorations (kayaking and snorkeling) with american, italian and german people in which we all participated. We even picked olives for making Ieranto olive oil which is super good! Later we had a wonderful dinner in a restaurant as a sign of gratitude.
As the weather changed, the rains followed and we huddled in blankets with tea and just had cosy movie nights.
It started the time when we work a lot in the office. There we are preparing for the future months, also we have been working on communication, data and MPA engadge. In addition, we will now focus more on education with children in schools! We have already started these past few days with education about microplastics!
