“Youth Leader 101”
“Youth Leader 101” is an international course designed to empower young people to make the transition from participant to group leader in Erasmus+ youth exchanges. The training will bring together 24 youth workers and future group leaders from 11 different European countries to explore what it truly means to lead a group of young participants before, during, and after an international project. Participants will gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities, improve their leadership skills, and
learn the basics of project management in the context of Erasmus+ youth exchanges.
Project objectives
- Develop and share the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to work effectively with groups of young people in Erasmus+ projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of the intercultural learning process through the ability to create non-formal education workshops
- To develop communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills among young people through experiential learning and simulation activities. youth mobility
- Promote the exchange of best practices among organizations involved in youth mobility
- Create a practical resource (guide) that will improve the quality of future youth exchanges.
