Juan Cruz, bacc. ing.

Juan works as a freelance expert in Erasmus+ mobility programs and as a trainer in trainings as part of the European Solidarity Corps' volunteer activities (mid-term) in Spain, for the Spanish National Agency for the Erasmus+ program.
He provides organizational and educational support in youth projects, and stands out as an expert in motivating and developing the potential of others, as well as in writing projects. He is focused on the growth of the youth sector through the Creamos Europa Association, developing innovative collaborations. As president and legal representative of the association, he leads projects at the local and European level.

His main interests include non-formal education, leadership and 3D technology, which he uses as a strategy for developing youth skills. Always in the process of learning and personal development, he regularly participates in courses, seminars and mobility projects within the Erasmus+ and ESC programs, striving to further develop his entrepreneurial spirit.

Juan is a former Argonauta ESS volunteer who spent a year with our team on Murter, where he became well acquainted with Argonauta's youth projects. After volunteering, we developed a successful collaboration through the implementation of Argonauta's Erasmus+ accreditation, and we grow together.
