Yesterday, we held an educational workshop with the children from Meterize Elementary School about the sea, its living species, and the threats it faces. 🌊

Through games and interactive activities, we explored the archaeological beach of Colentum, discussing the importance of marine biodiversity and the need to protect it.

We are especially pleased that Meterize Elementary School is part of the international Eco-Schools program, which promotes the development of environmental awareness and a responsible attitude toward nature among children and young people. 🌱

Children learned about the danger that plastic pollution poses to marine life, especially fish and other sea creatures that can become entangled or trapped in plastic waste. 🐟

To conclude, the children came up with imaginative solutions to protect living beings and the natural environment. Giving the children space to think creatively and express their ideas was our priority — who knows, maybe some of them will one day become future engineers or environmentalists. 💚
