As part of the partnership with LAG "More 249", within the project Let's close the loop of change VThe first of three was carried out Zero Waste radionice dedicated to the topic of ecological footprint and responsible environmental stewardship. The goal of the workshop was to raise students' awareness of the impact of everyday habits on the environment and to encourage them to think about reducing waste, conserving resources, and living more sustainably.

During the workshop, students learned about the creation and breakdown of plastic, types of waste, and the importance of proper sorting through interactive energizers, discussion, and group work. Special emphasis was placed on the concept of ecological footprint and its connection to habits such as energy and water consumption, plastic use, and purchasing decisions. Through a detailed exploration of the 7R concept, students received concrete real-life examples and actively participated in considering how they can already apply zero-waste principles at school and at home.

In the final part of the workshop, the "Little Inventors – Eco-Gadgets" activity was launched, in which students in groups came up with topics on environmental problems, names for their teams, and ideas for innovative solutions to reduce their ecological footprint. Together they planned the function of their invention and selected materials to build a prototype, which they will create as homework and present at the next workshop. The workshop sparked creativity, collaboration, and a sense of personal responsibility for environmental conservation among the students, and the project's continuation will bring concrete, practical solutions conceived from the children's ideas.
