At the invitation of the Slanica camp, the Argonauts Association organised a workshop for children from Banja Luka who traditionally spend their summer holidays in Murter with their fathers. More than 60 children took part in a programme designed to experience nature and the island's beauty in a special way through play, teamwork and creative activities.
The workshop was held on the Školjić Peninsula, where participants were divided into teams and spent the morning tackling various challenges. The children competed in sports activities, showcased their creativity by writing poems, and through engaging tasks learned about nature, the environment and the importance of preserving the spaces we inhabit.
It is particularly pleasing that the participants took part in all the activities with great enthusiasm, and the songs they wrote themselves best demonstrate how satisfied they were with their stay at the camp and their summer days spent in Murter. Through their lyrics, one could sense impressions of togetherness, adventure and the beauty of the place where they are spending their holidays.
