Let’s build a tiny Greenhouse!

Today, our volunteer Naelys spent the third Eco-Wednesday as part of the “Kornati – It's Important to Know About the Sea 10” project, co-financed by the Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth.
The workshop was organized around two main activities. The introduction was an interactive game in which the children moved around the space looking for the correct answers to questions such as: What is good for a plant's growth? What isn't? After that, we explained the principles of how greenhouses work, and the children pleasantly surprised us with their knowledge.
Then it was time for the practical application – each participant built their own small greenhouse using recycled plastic bottles. The children planted seeds, learned how to properly maintain their mini-greenhouse, washed their hands, and tidied up the space. It was the perfect opportunity to connect theory with practical work and experience the satisfaction of creating something with their own hands.
Now we're all ready for the fourth workshop, and we're eagerly looking forward to new challenges and fun activities!
See you next Wednesday – follow us!
