On Tuesday, 25 November 2025, we held a workshop for students of the Commercialist programme at Šibenik Business School, led by teachers Sara Sladoljev and Darija Gojčeta. The workshop was led by our expert for the protection of natural and cultural heritage, Nela Juran, with the help of two volunteers from Spain and France.

The activity was carried out as part of the project. FEED, funded through the PRIMA Programme via the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education. As part of the project, we developed five modules related to the Mediterranean diet, and the next stage is the testing of these modules, i.e. workshops in schools. This time, the theme of the workshop was "The Mediterranean Diet and the Economy", through which students had the opportunity to explore how sustainable diets affect society, the economy and the environment.

The workshop began with a fun round-the-circle icebreaker game that fostered a good atmosphere and mutual trust. After that, we introduced the students to the concept. socially sustainable business, with interesting practical examples and active discussion.

In the second part of the workshop, the leader divided the students into groups. Each group was given the task of creating Company poster – devise a name and a socially sustainable product or service.
The students demonstrated exceptional creativity and collaborative skills, and their work was full of innovative and practical ideas. After the presentations, a brief reflection followed.

The feedback from students and teachers was extremely positive, and it was a pleasure for us to spend time with such motivated young people.
