On 8th April, we held an online meeting with the group leaders as one of the preparatory steps for the upcoming exchange.  These are young leaders who took part in the "Youth Leader 101" training and will now apply what they have learned. The aim of the meeting was to go over their roles and responsibilities, as well as to further empower and support them in their preparations for the "Entrepreneurship Goes Green" youth exchange.

In a relaxed yet productive atmosphere, we went through all the key information about the project. We discussed how, through green entrepreneurship, we can respond to today's challenges, and how leaders can best support their teams throughout the entire process.

Particular emphasis is placed on activities such as hackathons, where participants will have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and, through teamwork, develop concrete solutions to real environmental challenges, with a bit of creativity, a little pressure and plenty of positive energy.

We also covered practical matters regarding what to expect in the preparatory phase, what the exchange itself will look like, and how to share the results and experiences in our local communities afterwards.

All in all, the meeting was an excellent opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas and gaining extra motivation, and now we are all one step closer to a green, inspiring and action-packed exchange.
