On Tuesday, 25 November, we held a meeting with Željko Krevzelj, Director of the Energy Administration at the Ministry of Economy.

The main topic of the meeting was two documents produced within the project. From Plans to Reality – a Renewable Opportunity for the FutureThe documents analyse the key obstacles hindering the wider adoption of renewable energy sources and offer concrete proposals for overcoming them. To make the discussion as efficient as possible, the documents are visually structured and summarised into the most important points, which were presented to Mr Krevzelj.

On behalf of the Argonaut Association, Ivona Jadrić and Suzana Suman attended the meeting and presented the project, while Ivan Duilo from DOOR, a collaborator on the drafting of the documents, delivered their presentation.

The exchange of experiences and diverse perspectives proved extremely beneficial, and all participants emphasised the importance of cross-sectoral cooperation in achieving common goals.

The meeting ultimately confirmed that open dialogue and constructive cooperation are the foundation of a successful green transition. The documents presented serve as a valuable resource for shaping future policies and measures that will help Croatia become more sustainable and energy-independent.

With this meeting, we concluded the two-year project "From Plans to Reality – a Renewable Opportunity for the Future", through which we established dialogues with numerous stakeholders in the renewable energy sector in Croatia.

We look forward to similar projects and further collaboration with the contacts we have made during the implementation of this project.
