January in retrospect

January in retrospect

The start of the month marks a time for reflection with our ESS volunteers! Today we looked back on the first month of the year – January. Through an open conversation, we recalled the most beautiful moments, challenges, lessons learned and small victories that marked the beginning of the year.

The volunteers shared what inspired them most, what they were proud of and the moments when they felt most connected to the local community. We also discussed the challenges, with an emphasis on learning, mutual support and personal growth.

We concluded the reflection by setting small goals for February, with the aim of continuing to build motivation, creativity and a positive team spirit.

We are grateful to our volunteers for their sincerity and look forward to everything the next month brings! ✨

*The European Solidarity Corps (ESS) is a program of the European Union to strengthen solidarity in various areas: from helping disadvantaged people and providing humanitarian aid to engagement for health and the environment in the EU and beyond.

The program offers young people the opportunity to respond to the needs of the community, make a concrete contribution to society, and in the process gain invaluable experience and develop new skills. The program is also intended for organizations active in the field of solidarity that want to involve young people in their activities.
