Since the beginning of our accreditation in 2023, we have embarked on an incredible journey, successfully implementing 7 Erasmus+ projects, including 5 Youth Exchanges, 1 Training Course, and 1 Study Visit, involving more than 200 young people and over 30 youth leaders in transformative experiences. And now the excitement continues!

From March 6 to 12, 2026, we organize our international Training Course “Youth Leader 101”, designed to empower young people to transition from the role of participants to group leaders in Erasmus+ youth exchanges. The training will bring together 24 youth workers and future group leaders from 11 European countries to explore what it really means to lead a group of young people before, during, and after an international project.

Objectives of the Training Course:

• Empower current and future group leaders with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effectively leading young people in Erasmus+ projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of intercultural educational processes and the ability to create non-formal education workshops.
• Strengthen communication, organizational, and problem-solving competencies through experiential learning and simulation activities.
• Promote the exchange of best practices among organizations involved in youth mobility.
• Create a practical educational resource that will improve the quality of future youth exchanges.

Expected results:
The main outcome of this course will be a practical guide for young leaders, a manual ready for use by partner organizations before each exchange.

This training offers an intensive, hands-on learning experience, preparing young leaders to make Erasmus+ projects even more meaningful and beneficial.
