Last Friday, February 27, we held a preparatory meeting with the participants of the upcoming Erasmus+ staff capacity-building training, which will take place in Tisno from March 6 to 12. Since the start of our accreditation in 2023, we have conducted 5 youth exchanges, one training course, and one study visit, and this training addresses the needs identified from our previous experiences.

Through the collaboration of experienced youth specialists and those just entering this field, the training will focus on all aspects needed to successfully navigate the world of youth work, with an emphasis on youth exchanges. From setting priorities and resolving conflictual relationships to drawing boundaries between friendship and leadership, these are just some of the topics we will cover over five working days.

The project is funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
