In October 2025, during the implementation of the “Eko Camp Kornati 2025” project, we had the honor of hosting the French production crew of the documentary series Héritages.

It is a documentary project by the French production company Ekla Production, under the direction of Nicolas Millet. In its third season, the series was filmed around the world – in Tunisia, Mexico, and ultimately in Croatia.

The Héritages series is dedicated to people and places of exceptional value that are not on the UNESCO World Heritage list, but whose preservation depends on the dedicated work of individuals and local communities.

The French crew spent a day with our team during the Eco Camp activities on the Kornati Islands, documenting our work, values, and commitment to protecting natural and cultural heritage. The filming was led by cinematographer Emmerick Missud and fixer Petra Mustać, who accompanied our team in the field.

We are proud that our work has been recognized as an example of dedication to preserving the space and community, and that we had the opportunity to present our work to an international audience.
